Admittedly, we were a little inundated with calls, emails and all other forms of communication which has caused delays in replying. We have reached out to everyone that has contacted us to help resolve their issue. We also sent [redacted] a $50 gift card for the delays, and he thanked us for reaching out and mentioned this is the service he expects from vineyard vines.  Please let us know if there are any other questions regarding this.
