Review: I have been swindled by this company. I am 78 years old and met with this woman and her friend (long haired male) at her office, she claimed that they had/have a dating organization for singles of my age and younger. The following points were of major concern to me as you can see by my age time is of the essence. Although I have fun even at my age, I am not interested in a relationship but just dating for FUN. I made that point very clear to the owner of this business. In our first and only meeting since the total payment was made the following things were discussed:My ageThe age of the person that she would find for me and that would be considerably younger than me.The health of the person that she would find had to be in good condition so that we could dance and go to parties etc.Last but not least the periods of time that I could expect to see and date and that did not include waiting till the last minute and contract date to meet this person.It has been almost a year since signing this document and for this service.I have not received any notification for a date.I have called several times and the calls are not returned.Looked for the dating site that was mentioned, it doesnt exist as stated.I have paid approximately 3 thousand dollars and I have not had a date.It appears that fraud and deception were used.I have lost thousands of dollars, due to false advertising and misrepresentation.It would seem that business and professions practices have been violated.Contract non-performance is an issue as well.I could not find a business license.They advertise in the Nickels worth in Idaho.With this complaint I am enclosing a copy of the contract that was issued on April 18th 2013. We are Flirt Fast Dating, LLC, dba Senior Singles with our retail location at [redacted]. We are licensed to do business in the State of Washington.

Initially [redacted] requested an appointment with our Matchmaker on April 18, 2013. After a consultation with [redacted] she chose to join our service. She signed and initialed each and every paragraph of our Service Agreement and wanted to pay for ten introductions but she did not tender any monies on April 18. She agreed to pay $2282.70 for our service. She came back to our service on April 22, 2014 and met with her Matchmaker and paid for her program with 94 ounces of silver. She never used a check, credit or debit card to pay for any portion of her service. She did not pay $3000.00 for her service as she stated.

[redacted] has been on a date with two of our members and has refused to meet several other members from our service. The two men she did meet wanted to keep seeing her but she refused to extend the relationship. Other members have refused to meet her for reasons we won’t discuss in this letter.

[redacted]’s service is not based on time. We are not in violation of our Service Agreement with [redacted] and look forward to servicing her.

Sometimes the introductions don’t flow as fast and often as members would like but we are ready and willing to provide the service. It’s important to remember in our service each member must approve to meet or no match takes place.

Strong words have been used to describe our service but [redacted] is wrong on all of her accusations. I recommend we keep the lines of communications open and work towards making [redacted] happy.

On the second page of [redacted]‘s Service Agreement it clearly states no refunds or cancellations for any reason. [redacted] signed and initialed the Agreement dated April 22, 2014.
