I used this business for years before many better alternatives became available. They have extremely bad customer service. Un-responsive to customer complaints. I have been unable to access my data for several months but they have been totally unresponsive to my emails, as a result, I have lost several customers. This was a passable business to use before free and very low cost cloud storage became available. Very bad people.

Review: Despite several emails requesting cancellation over the last year they continue to bill my $4.95/month. Their contact phone number just rings to voice mail and email is the only other avenue to process a cancellation.Desired Settlement: Cancel my account and refund at least the last 6 months.
