I ordered a wig for my mother who was going into rehab from a broken hip and paid with a debit card, $200.00, The owner was to call my sister when it came in since I would be returning to Tn Sadly and unexpectedly, my mother passed awayWhen the wig came in the owner called my sister and my sister informed her that my mother passed away and we no longer needed the wig She was rude and said, "don't you want something nice to buy her in?" My mother had already been prepared for burial and since no one else we know wears wigs, I called her and left a message and asked for a refund to be placed back on my card She has refused to give a refundShe claims she does not give refunds for wigs that are ordered There was no discussion about that at the time of purchase and I never saw any post saying such either She sells wigs there and it was a beautiful wig that, if displayed, she would have no trouble selling itThis place is not a customer friendly place and I just want to warn
