Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company offered once to come out and "fix" the car, but there is no ability to "pin" the carAnd this offer was only given a month and a half after the incident [redacted] was told the car was fixed two days after the car was dropped and no one has repaired anything on this carI offered to come on the day I called and was told after that they were open until but stated that no one was going to be thereI have two new newborns the next day and no one to watch them for me to be able to come and get the "paperwork" which we where not told was a release of responsibilityAnd considering it was the fault of the driver for no properly securing the car to the tow truck, I would expect some responsibility, I can nit believe that a company would expect me to pay for something I had no control over Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company offered once to come out and "fix" the car, but there is no ability to "pin" the car. And this offer was only given a month and a half after the incident. [redacted] was told the car was fixed two days after the car was dropped and no one has repaired anything on this car. I offered to come on the day I called and was told after that they were open until 5 but stated that no one was going to be there. I have two new newborns the next day and no one to watch them for me to be able to come and get the "paperwork" which we where not told was a release of responsibility. And considering it was the fault of the driver for no properly securing the car to the tow truck, I would expect some responsibility, I can nit believe that a company would expect me to pay for something I had no control over.
