Pools Midwest has taken ownership of their lack of response and have made, I believe, proper accommodations for repairing this issue. I look forward to seeing the day our pool is repaired. Hopefully, this will be next week.

Kayak informed client and neighbor before installation about possible yard damage, installations manager reached out to client about issues and requested estimates and offered credit to corporate catalog. Customer stated they fixed issues and will supply receipts, etc. All issues are...
They made another appointment and didn't show up. I guess their worker quit. They called and made a new appointment and the guy showed up this time. They are planning on fixing the wrinkles in the pool this fall at the end of the season....
If they follow through I will not a problem. They have not been very good doing what they say up to this point.

The business has had several weeks to secure the replacement light and I have also authorized them to propose a different light as a replacement. From my research the light is discontinued, not on back-order. So I am not comfortable that they're response is 100% accurate.

being resolved.
The pool is being recessed and not buried to meet warranty guidelines. This issues is deemed resolved.
The light should be sent out within a week and then we will setup installation.
