I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below After getting DMV investgator involved, the dealer was found liable and had to buy back the car? All this could have been avoided if he would have been a decent sales person and either fixed or bought back car months ago but refused until I got others involved? As for the receipt he posted, I never seen this reciept until DMV showed me? He knows he recieved from me for the car? The case is closed due to me receiving my money back only because I got DMV and the Attorney General involved ? He is the one that will be judged for being so shady? After getting DMV investgator involved, the dealer was found liable and had to buy back the car.  All this could have been avoided if he would have been a decent sales person and either fixed or bought back car 2 months ago but refused until I got others involved.  As for the receipt he posted, I never seen this reciept until DMV showed me.  He knows he recieved 1500.00 from me for the car.  The case is closed due to me receiving my money back only because I got DMV and the Attorney General involved .  He is the one that will be judged for being so shady.  So buyers beware and dont let these bad dealers take advantage of you.
