I ordered shoes from their website. My card was immediately charged. I finally received shipping notice and started tracking them. They were stuck overseas for a while and then moved to the US. They have now been in the US for 30 days and have still not arrived at my home. The only way to contact this company is via email. Very conveniently, they are now IGNORING my emails. I just want a refund and they won't respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wish I can put 0 stars but I’m forced to put 1. So I ordered the UNC Jordan 6s from flight club , so I get a email saying my shoes are being on the way to being authenticated, so days go buy I check and it gives me a shipping number so I waited and decided to check the status on DHL which it says my shoes are coming from Hong Kong , I contacted flight club they told me that my shoes where in the way to me which means DHL has them in their possession, so days passed no shoes so I contacted DHL and DHL tells me they don’t have the shoes in their possession. So somebody is lieing , Flight club customer service is horrible this will be my first and last time ordering from them . This service is horrible , because why lie and say that my shoes are on the way to me but when I come tact the carrier they tell me they never received my shoes at all
The worst I was asked to file a police report for a pair of shoes I never received it’s been weeks no response I want my money so annoying it wouldn’t even bother if I was getting proper responses but no Is responding at all

Basically he has stolen my shoes and the support has stopped responding to me. I sent them my NIKE Air Yeezy 2 , size 10.5 us last month on the 23rd with proof of delivery so they never appear on the list.
I’m in the same predicament been two weeks no shoes .
