I would rate Flexsteel 0-in customer srrvice and here is why We purchased a couch from a local business ( [redacted] ) here in Hampton, Va in April We were told 8-weeks for delivery, which seems a bit long but attributed it to the manufacturer was back logged After many phone calls with the store and two (2) E-Mails to Flexsteel we are still without answers or a couchI would strongly say - DO NOT BUY from Flexsteel or [redacted]
