The customer service reps are not trained well and do not give proper or complete info when they speak with you
I called approx a week before my day payoff was due (as it had been explained to me to do) to schedule a payoffI had done this once before
I was told that I needed to call back on the morning of the day my payment was due to schedule itI knew that was wrong
When I called back to schedule it I was told I was hrs past my day payoff and it would cost me more to pay it off.?

I have been a flexshopper customer for over a year and had nothing but great experiences with themwhen I do have a question I call in and Lem and the others in customer service or billing are always glad to helpno company is perfect but I would remember one thing with the complaints and negatives on here....your only reading one side of the story so take it with a grain of salt
FLEXSHOPPER is a company you can trust in (they do delivery very quick ) When you put your order in you don t wait weeks or months for it There payment plan is GREAT you can pay weekly or monthly .This is very nice when you paid like that I have used this company times and been satisfied with the product and their commitment to get done what they say

Maybe this is just how all lease to own places work but you will pay double what the product is worthThe customer service representatives are rudeWhen you start a chat to ask a question they send you a link to how the company works then if that does not answer your question and you ask it again they disconnect the chat It happened to me twice today! I would not recommend this company to anybody unless you like wasting your money on nothing

To start, I'm a new customer, and experienced a 'hiccup', immediately with my first order, and that's simply all it was, nothing too majorHonestly, I'm a younger man, of 31, and I am an army combat veteran, who's disabled from my service, directly, in IraqI'm skeptical of many people, and don't care for too many to begin withAny customer service I've dealt with has left me with nothing but frustration, and skepticism, but this particular individual treated me as an actual person and not a numberHe exercised civility, and even empathized with my dispositionI've never had someone, anyone, so willing to and motivated to correct this, all the while apologizing, when it's obviously not even his department that caused the 'hiccup' I'm very very impressed, and will remain a customer for years to come, simply because what started off as an unpleasant ordeal, ended up being nothing less than satisfactoryHe empathized, and not only that, expidited the process to my resolution, as if he took it personally himselfI didn't expect this, nor would've been angry had he handled it with less than what he did, but 'Albert A.' is probably the most decent, and professional person, in this field, that I've ever dealt with or even imagined in my best of dreams, to deal withPlease take note of thisFor this, this man alone, has restored somewhat of my faith in people caring for people, in which I'd lost years agoIf I could give him a promotion, a party, raise or even a plaque, myself, I'd do no lessHe was nothing less than a pleasure to speak to, and the expediency in which he handled the 'hiccup', was outstandingI am forever grateful for just that aloneI wish many more people who deal with any type of consumer, complications, could learn from him

I called Flexshopper for a billing issue (not a problem on their end, but mine) the agent, Angela *** was knowledgeable, friendly and professional She quickly and efficiently went over options for solving my issue and then resolved the issue All of my interactions with this company have been positive I would and have recommended this company to friends
I was very happy with Flexshopper until I learned that my sofa that I have been waiting for weeks was not going to arrive as promised Once I learned that the sofa was not going to be delivered, I could never get a straight answer on a delivery date from Flexshopper after calling and e-mailing them numerous timeI am now going on weeks without a sofa and still not sure if I am going to receive the one that I ordered I did receive the other part of my order, so my recommendation is if you are going to order big ticket items go somewhere else I have no faith that they are going to deliver my sofa They should have known this negative review would be coming down the pipeline after not getting back to me on the couch My advice...don't order anything you really need because you may not get it like me Stay away
I first came across FlexShopper when my refrigerator went out on me I did not have the cash or credit to purchase a new one, but their lease to own program allowed me to purchase at a cash price + service fee within 90-days Worked perfectly!
They may have some challenges with getting consistent information from rep to rep when calling, but I think the program is beneficial to those in like situations
Absolutely awful! Do not buy from themThey flat out lied to me for over a month about where my package was, only to finally tell me that it was discontinued and never coming anyway:/ Costumer service was very rude
