If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered three items and only received two but they have in their system that I received all three. They are still charging me for all three saying that I did receive the item. They said they will I count I still have to pay for the item. I gave them the tracking number of the order and it says that a label has not been created for it yet, but they said ignore that there system is wrong. I have dealt with UPS most of my life and I've never had issues like this. The company is trying to scam me out of extra money. I would advise you to be careful what you order and to just go somewhere else. They don't care if you get the item or not just them getting over and getting extra from you. They could have paused the payment on that item until the investigation was over but no your going to have to pay for it no matter what and they don't care. This is the screenshot that I took today 9/10/2021 with the tracking number for anyone to verify it has a label but the item was never received since 8/30/2021.

Don't thinking? They give you easy credit buy purchase something, I just buy iPad in Best Buy only cost $425 including tax, but if you buy from Flexshooper $525 is different $100.00 already, if you lease with them, they cost you $1100.00 like robbery company, and also they can take money from your bank account every week.

Do not use flex shopper I had bought an Xbox one from them they had stated if I paid this Xbox off in months it would be same as cash that stated it would be dollars so I paid on then xbox for months which I paid dollars I called to do a pay off and they had stated if I paid it off it would be dollars so I told them I don't want it since they had broken contract and I got a call stating they would come pick the Xbox up a week later I recived a call saying they were filling charges for me not sending it back after they had told me they were picking it up

Today I contacted Flexshopper, LLC directly by phone and spoke to Gary FGary gave great customer service and resolved my issue in a very professional manner! Before this call, I've had a great experience doing business with Flexshopper since May I will continue to use their services and I will encourage others to use them as well! Flexshopper, LLC is a great company for my needs!

Edric answered questions I had no knowledge or understanding of my first payment for I had informed the company three days prior I would be calling in to make payment rep on chat said ok and ty never stated debiting my account so to cover I made a debit payment for a month He inform me that I couldnt make online payments at this time and could place my debit card online and he made it convenient for payment explain to me I could set my payment date up that was best for me and convenient he was just very knowledgeable patient and Outstanding he made be glad I chose such a company

I see a lot of us share the same complaint about this company!!! I applied and was told that I wasn't approved and when I hit the chat button and posed my question the agent ended the chat!!!!! I think they should be sued for advertisement and I know that my credit is not Bad! If the information about my bank account is used falsely and money is taken out it will be a big problem!!!
