We used Flex Seal product on our outdoor pool. It doesn't work and peeled up.We requested a refund of their defective product but no response.
We bought liquid Flex Seal for the bottom of our pool. The product claims to work in pools. We contacted Flex Seal on the May 27th and on the 3rd, 9th, 10th, 12th and 19th of June with issues of the product and a refund request. My wife reached out initially prior to the 3rd of June with assurance that we would be reimbursed (per their customer service representative). We have provided them multiple pictures of their product failing and no working in our pool. It would peel up and clog my filter and make the pool a mess.
I want a refund of all my purchases of Flex Seal for the pool. We wasted our time and energy for 2 weeks painting and removing the failed product from the pool.
I ordered some Flex Seal product on April 28th. I received a confirmation but no shipping information. Today is June 9th and I still have no idea when or even if I can expect my order. They did charge me for it weeks ago but all communications asking for some kind of information comes back with pat replies and nothing substantial. I'm on week 7 waiting and I'm not the only one. there are many who are in the same boat.

I was able to provide a resolution which I believe will be acceptable to the customer. As his statement suggested due to high demand and COVID safety restrictions, delivery and customer response times are running a bit longer than usual. flex seal contacted me and reimbursed my purchase. They have also said that they intend to send the product too. this complaint could have been avoided if they would have simply given a more reliable response to inquest. I appreciate the response they have given now.
