Flex Appeal

I am writing this letter to complain about a phone call I received on Wednesday March 9, 2016 at 11am. [redacted] (Manager) called me to say that she received several complaints about me from other members regarding my conduct. I came to the club to meet [redacted] during my lunch hour. During our discussion I was able to prove that the complaint issued about me (bullying member off a treadmill) was false. I had a witness (Trainer [redacted]) collaborate my story. I asked [redacted] on Wednesday to have the owner ([redacted]) contact me. I even wrote a letter to complain to the owner and have not had a response. In closing, I do not appreciate being falsely accused of poor gym behavior. I am a solid member who works out nearly every day. I go out of my way to avoid issues and be kind to fellow members and staff.Desired SettlementI would like an apology. I would also like to receive a refund for the remainder of my membership. I prepaid for a year in December 2015. I would like a refund for April thru December 2016. The gym is very crowded with multiple trainers training members in very small spaces. I do not feel comfortable working out there. Final Consumer Response
