few weeks later customer called and complained about a few scratches on outside of vehicleWe told him to bring it in and we buffed the scuffsEven after he had already inspected complete vehicle weeks earlier and there were no scuffs discoveredWhen we delivered vehicle to customer he wouldn't even look at the areas he complained aboutI asked him to look vehicle over , he did and I asked are we good? he said yes and we shook handsA month later he calls and says something is wrong with the underside of hood. We made an appointment for 4:that day to look at said issue. He never showed upAll hail was repaired with outstanding qualityCustomer may bring vehicle by so we can look at new issue as discussed, this being only the second issueThe first issue was taken care ofWe kept the second appointment, customer never showed upWe remain open to looking at minor issues.
