Communication problem with client & my business phone system is the main reason we had this situation.I have talked to the client several times and expressed the fact that this particular laptop was a production related problem that would have have diagnostic time and seach out the right partsfor repair. Client could not reach me for an extended period of time so he thought to file a complaint and that might help with getting the laptop return to him sooner.Laptop was repaired during this time period and was delivered back to him today 7/31/15. I did not receive the laptop for repairs untill 6/15/15 so it took about 6 weeks to get it back to him working condition.
