Review: I am writing to you because I am disappointed and disgusted with my service and quality of my purchase. I bought a lawn tractor and snow plow for $5800.00. I used it for 4 hours plowing snow. I then used it to cut my grass and the mower deck kept hanging up and it made me get stuck in my yard. The mower deck would get caught on the ground and pick my mower off the ground and I would be stuck. I couldn't go forward or backwards and I would have to get off and push my mower by hand to get unstuck. This happened about 5 times cutting my grass. I called Fletchers, the dealership where I purchased this item and they told me to "cut my grass in a different direction". Now what kind of professionalism and advice from a well-known dealer response is that, so of course I followed their advice and it didn't work. Then after having 2 hours of cutting my grass the Bearings started to make noise on my mower deck. Now this totals 6 hours on my machine. I AGAIN called Fletchers and told them what happened and they said "it sounds like the Idler Pulley Bearing on the mower deck" so I took it BACK to Fletchers. They had my mower for 3 days and when I called to see if it was fixed the girl I spoke with said they are fixing it now. 2 days went by with no phone call from Fletchers so I called them and they said "they didn't have a chance to get it in the shop" 5 days have gone by with no phone call or service done to my machine. Being lied to continuously is very bad service and unprofessional. I told them that I need my mower fixed so I can cut my grass and they told me "come and get it" still not fixed. So when I got to Fletchers, my mower was parked outside and had bird poop ALL over it. I didn't spend $5800.00 to have my mower sit outside where anything can happen. I am cutting my grass and the mower starts to miss and back fire. A total of 18 hours with this mower. I open the hood and saw the gasket between engine case has an oil leak. I called [redacted] and they told me to call Fletchers, which is a lossDesired Settlement: FULL REFUND of $5800.00 for my mower and snowplow that I purchased. When I bought this mower and snow plow I thought I and my machine would be treated with respect and fixed but instead I and my machine was treated with NO respect and it took over 2 weeks of acknowledgment and my machine STILL not fixed. It seems that Fletchers and [redacted] is only interested in the sale and not the service. I am not happy with the service or quality. I was sold a lemon and entitled to my full refund. LemonLaw

04/15/14- Problem- Mr. [redacted] calls explaining to us his having trouble getting stuck in his yard.

Solution- Very wet spring- lots of wet soft lawns- our suggestion to mow in different directions

to avoid the softest wettest areas- allowing time to dry.

05/21/14- Problem-Mr. [redacted] calls describing a noise coming from the mower deck.

Solution —

05/26/14- Mr. [redacted] is called letting him know his warranty repair is complete and ready for

pickup

11/06/14- Fletchers receives letter from Revdex.com describing he is dissatisfied

11/07/14- The Fletchers feel with over 1 year of service and 1 warranty repair to this point,

Mr. [redacted] case does not justify the return of his money.

We will gladly at no charge to Mr. [redacted] repair any and all issues inside of the 3 year parts and

labor manufactures warranty. We would be glad to talk over the current oil leak with Mr. [redacted]

— and make this repair promptly for him.
