I have reviewed this complaint. I received a direct complaint from the customer on 3/30/17. I responded to the customer on 3/30/advising that we were in the process of reviewing this account and what prompted the address change. There are no notes on the account
indicating it was done by our company. We have advised the customer to check with the postal service regarding a request for address change. The customers service has been restored and I have removed the reconnection fee of $

is made it is the customer's responsiblity to notify us of the payment, pass the idenity verification and request a reconnection of service.
Our records indicate an email and a customer request was received 5/11/15 to restore the service.  All criteria has been met and we have scheduled the turn on fo 5/12/15.
