Called about having a hot water heater being swapped out Part of that conversation included me asking if theyou had a standard rate for that and the response I got was $an hour and minimum charge for a visit would be hour or $ Based on this I went with Fletcher Plumbing The plumber arrived at and was finished and writing me up at I was charged $for some new hook ups and fittings which I understood and have no problem with Then I was charged $for labor for and half hours of labor even though they were only at my house hour When I called the office to question the billing I was told the reason for the charge was because people came out for the job The whole thing is just not good business I specified what the job was for and when I asked for the rate of was not told it was $per person I was told $per hour to do the install Also one plumber did 90% of the work I was happy with the work that was done but not the dishonest way in which the cost to do the work was conveyed
