Called about having a hot water heater being swapped out. Part of that conversation included me asking if theyou had a standard rate for that and the response I got was $100 an hour and minimum charge for a visit would be 1 hour or $100. Based on this I went with Fletcher Plumbing. The plumber arrived at 330 and was finished and writing me up at 430. I was charged $73 for some new hook ups and fittings which I understood and have no problem with. Then I was charged $225 for labor for 1 and half hours of labor even though they were only at my house 1 hour. When I called the office to question the billing I was told the reason for the 225 charge was because 2 people came out for the job. The whole thing is just not good business. I specified what the job was for and when I asked for the rate of was not told it was $100 per person. I was told $100 per hour to do the install. Also one plumber did 90% of the work. I was happy with the work that was done but not the dishonest way in which the cost to do the work was conveyed.

The a/c condenser does have a 5 year warranty. The air handler only has a 1 year warranty. We always stand behind our work. Our agreement with Ms. [redacted] for her installation was to pay 1/2 down on June 12, 2012 and $201.25 per month for 12 months. She did not pay her payments on time, it took her...

until February 21, 2014 to pay us in full. The labor is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of installation.
