Outstanding work! Our well pump went out in the middle of a snow storm so we thought it would take a while to get someone to come outFirst he had us check the fuses to save us money in case it was something simple that we could fix ourselvesAfter we found that the fuses were good, he came out that same day and diagnosed it immediately to a bad pumpHe came out the very next day and only took a couple of hours and it was fixedHe probably would have been able to complete the job even sooner but we had to plow a path for him to get his truck back to the well
He was very courteous and his price was extremely reasonableMost of the cost went to the new pump and barely anything for labor (even though he was working outside in a snow storm)The parts and work is also warrantiedWe couldn't be happier

I woke up this morning with no water pressure at all in the house We have a well system, so I checked for leaks and tripped breakers, but luck After calling different plumbers and well repair companies (all were booked for solid for weeks) I was referred to Fletcher Drilling Tommy *** was also booked solid, but he took the time to ask about my system and finally explained that there is a reset button out of sight under the controller box in the well pit and suggested I try that before spending any more time trying to find an available plumber Sure enough - that was the problem and the water was back on right away Free "training" and no bill, just someone who cared enough to help me get the water back on - that's the kind of company I will have no problem doing business with in the future Thanks Tommy!
