On December 2nd I placed an order by internet
with Fletcher AndersonThe order was for a Christmas Present I paid the order with *** CardJust before Christmas I had not received the order, so I started to send them E-mail, Made many phone call left messages (messages)Up to this date I have tried to contact them to obtain an update on the order
I made a purchase on-line on 12/28/15 at Fletcher Anderson's and still have not received the product or a response from this company. As others have stated, they are not easily reached. I've left voicemails (no live person ever answers the phone) and sent e-mail requests to their customer service department with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Worst Online experience ever. I would give them -1 if I could. Placed an order on 28 Feb 2015. I was billed immediately. After 2 weeks, having received no shipping email, I began calling several times every day. All calls went directly to voicemail. No one ever called me back. I finally got through after 5 straight days of calling. It turned out that the item was not in stock, although the order page never mentioned this. It is illegal in Canada to charge a customer for an item not in stock. I don't know what the laws in Arizona are about this proactice. I was told that they were expecting the first batch 'in a few days' and mine would then be shipped. I tried cancelling the order on their web page a couple of days later but was informed I had no pending orders!? I have sent an email to [redacted]@fletcherAndersons.com to cancel the order with no reply. The second I sent only a few minutes ago. I will seek legal redress if I do not see my [redacted] credited by the time I get home.

I tried getting a hold of customer service since Friday and today (Monday) after trying about 10 times in a row finally got someone. Customer service agent that I worked with however was very helpful and knew about he was talking about and more. Other than not being able to get a hold of someone for some time service so far has been excellent.
