Review: Placed a parts order on 4/29/14 via their website. I sent them an email on 5/5/14 requesting for updates on my order. There was a response from their fulfillment manager on 5/6 stating that I should be seeing a tracking number to my package soon. I received nothing! I emailed again on 5/16/14 and no response was given. I filed a dispute via [redacted] on 5/20/14 and the seller escalated it to a claim by providing me with a [redacted] tracking number on 5/21/14. I've been tracking the number to no avail. I contacted the seller again 5/27/14, and they refunded my money via [redacted] Through this entire ordeal, there were no communication what so ever to try to explain their end of the situation. They took my money and lead me to believe my parts would be delivered within 14 business days. If it wasn't for [redacted] governing my dispute, I would have never seen my money again.Desired Settlement: Based on their (the sellers) information on websites, they are a fairly descent sized business. They are bound to have dis-satisfied customers like me but to leave me high and dry for too long of a significant time is unacceptable. I am in the service business and I tend to alot of down stream cusotmers as well, but this practice from the seller is the worse any business can ever do to a customer.

Response:
Dear Ms[redacted]
l am writing to you in regards to complaint number [redacted]. The
customer placed the order on 4/29/14 at 1:53 PM. The order was entered
into our system on the next business day (4/30/14). This procedure is
outlined in our Terms and Conditions, specifically in the Shipping and
Handling section. Consulting our records, the only communication we
have is as follows: the customer emailed one time and was answered in a
timely manner. In said email the time frame in which orders are
fulfilled was outlined, again, referencing our Terms and Conditions
indicated on our website. The parts were received, packaged and shipped
on 5/20/14, which was the 15th business day in the order process. The
[redacted] tracking number was emailed to the customer at this time. The
[redacted] transaction was also updated to include the shipping information
at this time. During this time frame of events on 5/20/14, the customer
initiated a [redacted] dispute. Upon updating the [redacted] account with the
tracking number, the dispute was discovered. A dispute places the funds
used for payment on hold, therefore, the package was held as well, until
an agreement with the customer could be reached. Unfortunately[redacted]
does not let you delete shipping information, hence why the tracking
number is still in the system. All of our contact information, including
multiple email addresses, phone, fax, and LivePerson online help system
is included on our website in multiple locations. We encourage our
customers to contact us to resolve any issues they may have. In regards
to the dispute, the time frame of the order was still within our
guidelines. After it became clear that an agreement was not to be
reached, customer was refunded the full amount of the order.

Review: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I contacted the seller 3 times via email and one time via [redacted]. Seller only responded once on 5/6/2014 (refer to the second and/or third response attachments) when I first reached out on 5/5/2014 and they stated that all orders take 7-14 business days to your door. I waited until the 15th business day (21 days overall) to file a complaint via [redacted] after no communication attempt from the seller. As seen on the [redacted] dispute attachment, there were zero form of communication from the seller. Everytime the seller reacted, it was because I had initiated something. Seller provided an bogus tracking number (refer to response from [redacted] attachment) the day after I filed the dispute with [redacted] only to receive a full refund when I emailed (refer to third response attachment) the seller on 5/27/2014, and yet, no communication even so. For the seller to say that there was no communication from me other than the first response is a lie. I have emails and documentation to prove otherwise. The seller just needs to own up to their incompetancies and accept the fact that this event was a fail on their end.

1. There is NOTHING for our‘ firm to "OWN UP" to.
2. This PERSON needs the terms and conditions of online sales he agreed to. Ship times quoted are AVERAGE not guaranteed. He was totally aware of this if he read what he stated he read and agreed to.
3. The PERSON received a 100% refund when he did not want to comply with the contract he entered into, above and beyond what the contract he agreed to allowed him.
4. Our company wants no more contact from this person or the use of the Revdex.com as tool for his harassment of our company, Please do not contact us again on this matter
