Flemington Fur Company

Review: I emailed Flemington Furs over the summer to see if they clean suede shoes. I got a response that they did, and that is cost $57. I went to Flemington Furs on October 6th to have my suede shoes cleaned. They told me it would be $70. I showed them the email and they corrected the price. They said they'd be able to clean the shoes, which were stained with dye from jeans, and I paid them in full. I was told it would take 3 weeks for my shoes to come in. 6 1/2 weeks later I received a call that they were ready. I went to pick up my shoes on November 21st. I opened the box to find the shoes exactly how I had dropped them off, stained with dye. I asked to speak to a manager. He explained that dye cannot be removed. I asked what I paid for then. He said a full suede cleaning. My issue is if they had known from the start that dye cannot be removed, why wouldn't they tell me that when I dropped them off? Instead, they took my $57 without mentioning that dye cannot be removed and basically did nothing but keep my shoes 4 1/2 weeks longer then they said. So basically I'm out $57 and still have suede shoes stained with dye.Desired Settlement: I want a cash refund for the $57 that I spent for no reason.
