In August I towed my Jeep to the Chrysler service center for repair service. When driving my engine light came on and vehicle had shut down. I was told I had to pay for either a fuel pump or to clean the water out the fuel tank. I was told a certain amount and I also let the service department know I was paying out of pocket and if this is complete would my vehicle be working. The following week I was told the tank needed to be cleaned out completely which I assume they did. On 9/14/19 I went to pick up my truck and as I was driving it on the highway my engine light came on, I came back to the service center to inform them. He then told me I probably had to drive the vehicle a couple of miles in order for the engine light to come off but he ended up turning off from within the shop. 5 minutes later while driving the vehicle again on the highway the engine light came on again. I called the service center to inform him what’s going on and he stated to bring it back into the shop and I’ll get a call from them on Monday. I didn’t receive a call until Wednesday morning stated it was a sensor issue and I already paid 1500.00 now I have to pay 400 on top of that which now I’m really aggravated because every week it was another issue. Now end of September the company calls me again and says I need to get the whole system replaced and I have to go through my insurance. First off, they knows I wasn’t going through my insurance, and they misled me on what needed to be replaced and now I have to pay more money which I don’t have. I would have just took my vehicle to another location which the parts and labor were less expensive. The job was never completed, I bought the vehicle in with engine and I expect my engine light to be off when I pick my vehicle up. How could you misled me with multiple repairs quote and still not fix the problem I paid for. If they were not able to fix it , they should of never replace anything and return my vehicle. I could of took it elsewhere

had her vehicle towed into our shop 8.19.2019. Upon inspection of the vehicle we verified that the vehicle did not run and the water fuel light was on. The technician took a fuel sample and found dirty water in the fuel contaminating the complete fuel system. It was explained that because the fuel system had been contaminated we would have to first drain the system of the contaminated fuel. We had given an estimate on getting the vehicle to run and would have to diagnose issues as they arose based on the cause of failure. The customer approved the estimate, which was discounted to work within the customer’s budget. In order to insure we got out as much of the contamination as possible the fuel tank was removed and cleaned out and reinstalled. The fuel filters were also replaced and the fuel tank was filled with 5 gallons of fresh diesel. The vehicle was started and ran very rough and stalled because 4 fuel injectors had failed due to fuel contamination. The customer was notified of the new estimate and approved it. Injector 1,4,5 and 6 were installed and the vehicle was now running and because of the contamination there could be more issues and the customer was advised to trade in the vehicle. The customer picked up the vehicle and the check engine light came on and returned immediately. We found a sensor had failed because of the contamination. The sensor along with additional labor to clean out other sensors and reset the computer was done at no charge to the customer. We had also provided the customer with a rental from 8.30.19 to 11.26.19 at no cost to her while repairing her vehicle and while she contacted her insurance company and Chrysler for assistance. The insurance company had denied the claim and Chrysler did not offer assistance. The customer was asked to pick up the vehicle for the second time and picked up her vehicle 3 days later. The customer had paid us the agreed upon amount of $1495.44 to get the vehicle running again and is now back in the customers possession. The customer was not charged for the rental, sensor, or any additional labor.

Emailed the Service Manager and he never replied/called back. A few months ago, I had my jeep serviced at the dealership, they claimed I needed a new battery. I purchased one and they installed it. Since the end of a June my car has been flickering and cutting off. Took it to a local dealer where I currently reside (Marietta, GA) and they advised the battery cables were lose causing my car to lose power. They advised me to seek reimbursement through flemington jeep due to it being their fault. I emailed the service manager David C these details and he didnt respond. I emailed him again attaching the GM *** and he didnt reapond. I called and was told I would get a callback and that never happened.my car has literally stopped in the middle of the highway as a result of this issue, this is unacceptable. My life has been put in danger because the technician didnt do his job right.

On January 30, 2018 I took my vehicle in for an inspection with the service department. My vehicle was in their possession for about a half hour. At some point during this time someone either crashed into or crashed my vehicle. It was snowing when I left and my car wasn't in the location I was told it was (but was parked extremely close to the car on the passenger side), plus had my infant daughter with me, so my main concern was getting her in the car and the heat turned on. When I arrived home 30 minutes later, driving directly home. I noticed the damage to my vehicle. The damage consists of a dent, deep scratches in the pain, and paint transfer from the second vehicle involved in the collision all on the left rear quarter panel, as well as a chip out of the fender. I immediately took photos, emailed, and left a message for the manager to contact me. When the manager returned my call he said that any damage on their lot is not their responsibility after the vehicle leaves the lot without the police being called. I asked to see video footage of the lot and garage, which I was informed the only camera was on the other side of the outside of the building, and would not cover the area my vehicle was parked. They also refused to refer to the tech's write-up sheet which would show if there was damage to the vehicle or not, which my vehicle had no per-existing damage when I parked it in their lot upon arrival.
