in response to [redacted] Suburban which has been at Flemington Chevrolet's service department for five (5) of the complaints listed in her letter, Which were Radio screen concern, Heat not operating properly, Grinding/vibration noise, vehicle accelerating on its own and not being able to stop, And bumper guard warpedAs for her first concern radio display and Human Interface module had been replaced2nd Heat concern had never been duplicated, 3rd Grinding/Vibration noise which was described as grinding from front passenger wheel was also never duplicated, 4th Vehicle accelerating on its own and not being able to stop also was never duplicated, 5th Bumper guard warped was not warped was damaged and [redacted] was provided an estimate for that repair [redacted] has never been as she says screamed at, Hung up on or treated in any unprofessional manner from Flemington ChevroletIf anyone was screaming or hanging up on conversations she has had with myself, our General Manager or other employee's it was herShe also had brought her vehicle into another GM facility to perform diagnosis on 04/10/for the Grinding/Vibration noise which she stated was corrected, And a brake concern that was not duplicatedthere was no mention of any other complaints she states in her letter on that visitVehicle was again brought to another GM facility on 05/05/for a maintenance service and no mention of any other complaints she states in her letter at that visit eitherEvery attempt to address [redacted] concerns were addressed professionally, [redacted] had always been provided alternate transportation when her vehicle was in for service (Which we dropped off a courtesy vehicle at her place of residence and drove her vehicle back to be serviced and returned it when it was complete)At this point General Motors is involved in this case and are arranging a Final repair attempt with Jamie

I am rejecting this response because:
That is not an accurate responseI have been poorly treated by this dealershipThe heat is still it workingNow the back hatch is not workingMy display screen was never installed properly and fell outThere are scratches on itRossi had to netball it properlyRossi also had to fix the noise coming from the front of the carThey were notified of the problem (#***)And the paint job was done horriblyNot to mention, why would I pay for the curb guard when it was like that when I purchased the car?
