Revdex.com and Mr. [redacted], Ive been copied on several emails to Mr. [redacted] by Mr h[redacted], we're not sure what to do to help him anymore and not sure why he's not receiving them. Attached is a copy of the refund done on April 30th, 3 days after the purchase. Let us know if there is anything else we can do.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with the following conditions. 
 
1. There is a mutual agreement as to the business that does the repair to the air conditioning and turn signal. The company has to be qualified to do work on vintage automobiles. The expense of both those items will be the sole responsibility of Flemmings Ultimate Garage.
 
2. Per the email sent on April 23, 2016 from John O'[redacted] the spare tire and jack to be sent will be " a correct 14 inch wheel as a spare mounted on a white letter tire and a correct jack assembly for a 1970 [redacted]."
 
I am not lying about the foul language used in the video about the car.     [redacted]   Please cut and paste the link to the left of this text to watch the video where the F word is used. It is towards the end of the video as I recall so watch the entire thing.
If this proposal is not agreeable to Flemmings then I want my 1970 [redacted] Pink Panther returned to me. I will ship the [redacted] to Flemmings at my expense and they will ship the [redacted] to me at their expense.

Dear Revdex.com,    ** [redacted] was looking for us to ship his car to him before Flemings was paid in full and just as any business would expect the terms to be fulfilled before releasing the vehicle. We would like to point out that [redacted] has disparaged us on the web...

and that's unfair especially in light of his financing company not funding Flemings until Friday 3/10/2017. As I'm sure you're aware neither [redacted], or any other retailer will release their products without payment in full.The Corvette was posted for shipping the same day we were paid and I explained to him we are not the shipper and at the same mercy he is on timeliness and pickup from them.     It is our hope as you protect consumer issues that you protect unfounded business issue too and have [redacted] remove the negative remarks or improve the ratings he has given us on the web.
