We are responding to the complaint and we like to start off by saying before we started this job we explained to Shaun that she would not be given a warranty for the shrubs or lawn because she did not have an irrigation system. When the job was completed Shaun the customer, was extremely...
happy and satisfied with the job I provided and was given our literature on how to care for her new lawn and shrubs which included watering instructions. On May 20th Shaun said 3 of the shrubs are dying, we responded and said we would replace them at no cost. On May 26th the 3 new shrubs were installed. After we removed the old shrubs we took them up to [redacted] where we purchased them, and three of us all came to same conclusion that they failed due to lack of water issue. Those shrubs are now sitting in my yard watered daily and now sprouting new growth. On June 7th she responded that the grass was not coming in full, so on June 12th we responded to that with aerating, slice seeding and two bags of grass seed and fertilizer. The lawn is extremely dry due to lack of watering. We have proof to back up our claims. To comment on inappropriate language or unprofessionalism 95% of our communication has been through texts messages, we are positive that does not exist in any of them. Even after Shaun threatened to take us to court we still offered to work with her to resolve this issue if she would follow our strict water instructions. It's hard for us to resolve this issue when Shaun continues to be a noncompliant customer, when we even offered to buy sprinklers and hoses and set them up for her. At this point we are still willing to work with Shaun but she must follow our watering instructions, we believe we have tried our best especially with no warranty.

snowfall. We were unable to plow drive as of possible result of damaging the cars, the snow was heavy and and compact which could throw the truck in anyway. I had answered the customers calls and tried to explain this to her. She didn't understand at first but after I and the owner had explained this to her she said she would move her cars for us to plow. We did in fact plow her driveway. I have enclosed a picture of her drive. Her calls were never ignored and she initially failed to tell me that she had cars in the drive. I tried to please her in anyway I could. When she told me her cars were moved I sent my man out again to take care of it for her. She had paid in full for $170. Since we have spent the time to drop the contract, add to our computer system, develop routes and stake and plow the drive, It would only seem fair to refund $85.00. As you can see it is not growing and pretty much dead. I also threw the pictures of the dead plants he put in. Here is my number if you need anything else. [redacted].
