Review: Hired business to paint the exterior of my home-- front door area and deck. The deck was started (just one coat to the floor), but never completed. $800 was paid in advance because more extensive work was going to be done. $400 of work was performed based on the invoice/estimate.Desired Settlement: I would like the $400 returned to me as the work was never performed.
