Review: It has been since June of 2013 that you agreed to perform a fiscal audit on our company. It has been over six weeks since you informed me the audit was complete. I reiterate the fact we paid in good faith, the substantial $10,000.00 retainer fee, and have not received the work. Neither I nor our accounting firm have received any documents that you claimed to have completed. You have failed to provide the services for which we contracted you. Additionally, you have created financial hardship by holding my retainer fee for work you have never produced. This has been ongoing for nine months. I am now demanding a full refund of $10,000.00 for failure to complete the services for which you were contracted. I expect my refund by this Friday, February 28, 2014. If I do not receive the refund for of my retainer fee, I will pursue legal action. I will also bring my case, that has substantial and tangible facts, before the California Board of Accountancy.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my retainer fee.
