Mike Bdid a great job with his over-the-top penchant for excellence in his work He neatly laid out the sewer connections under my new double wide mobile home in such a manner that cleanouts were available at the edge of the home in several locations Also, he kept the plumbing out of the way of the future installation of the package air conditioner supply and return plenums I was very impressed with his work, his attitude, and his persistence in accomplishing the hookups
Thanks goodness for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing I have a contract so they come out once a year to check everything and make sure it's working properly On a Sunday morning I noticed I had a leak coming from the water heater It was a slow drip so I knew it was not an emergency I called and left a message with the service Within minutes I received a call back from Bill, the technician on duty We agreed he would come out Monday morning Bill arrived by 9AM, fixed the problem and we were good to go What a relief for me to know that I can always depend on Benjamin Franklin to resolve my issues
