They have my ad wrong (wrong logo, missing information) and refuse to change it. They are very rude and tried to call me a liar. My ad is not listed in the print version which I never received a copy of. Tried to say they offer more than NTTS for less money (complete lie, I advertise with them too). When I ask for a refund just for the print ad he got belligerent with me, so I gave up on the refund and tried to cancel my ad and he yelled at me and told me I was an i
t for not seeing the value they provide. I find no value in something that does not bring in clients unless it is free.

Refund I would like to have a refund for the last two years' service and print ads, but I would settle for the last two years' print ads and cancelation before they automatically charge my card again.
