Review: I had purchased 28 yards of a Burgundy color fleece, when material arrived was obviously Purple. I called and informed them. was told that I could return and they would ship out correct color. I told them, I was under a major deadline for time. Company strung me along for over 5 days, then rudely said I had to send them a swatch of the material. I sent them photos showing them that product was obviously purple. Stand, the "General Manager" was so rude and unprofessional, refused to even look at the photo, and told me he would NOT send out any more material at all. Customer service was horrible, did not stand behind his product, was unprofessional and they did not adhere to any statements published on their web site about returns of product, or shipment of wrong material. This web site should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I wanted replacement of material, but he refused. So I will NOT be paying for any material that I can not use. They can come pick up the material themselves. I have wasted my time with this company and the rude manner of their doing business. They give internet companies a bad name. I sincerely hope that this information is shared, so no one else makes the grave mistake of doing business with such an unscrupulous company.

3) Email dated November * with return label attached (see below)

We received the attached [redacted] from [redacted] on Saturday, October **. The
order was filled and shipped to her from our warehouse via FedEx on Tuesday,
October ** and delivered on Friday, November *.
[redacted] called to tell me on November * that she received the incorrect
color fabric. She had ordered Burgundy and she said she received Purple. I told
her I would send replacement fabric to her and emailed to her a FedEx shipping
label to return the Purple fabric to us at our expense.
On November *, I spoke with the warehouseman that packed the order and he told
me that he remembered cutting and packing the fabric and that he was absolutely
certain that he shipped the Burgundy. I did not want to send [redacted] another
order of the same fabric and so I told her to either send to me a piece of the
fabric she received or to send back the order with the Fedex label I previously
supplied so that I could determine the color of the fabric. She offered to
email a picture of the fabric, but picture colors are often inaccurate. At that
point she became irate and threatened to reverse her credit card payment. When
I asked her if she would be returning the fabric, she emailed me to come get it
(we are in LA and she is in Washington). At this point [redacted] says she is
reversing the credit card charge and is refusing to send back the fabric.

to sales, [redacted]
Just saw this. [redacted] I am not color blind. Maybe the guy who sent this material
is... because it is definitely PURPLE. I can not and will not use purple. And I
do not have the time to waste on your mistake. I run an internet company. I
realize mistakes happen. And what makes the difference in a company is how the
mistakes are handled. I expect the material ... the burgundy... to be expedited
to us please. I must have it by Thursday of this week.
I have already repackaged the purple.. But will go thru the trouble of proving
to you with a photo on Monday that it is purple.
It is too late for me to call you tonight. I will be calling tomorrow to ensure
everything is clear and you expedite material.
Thank you.

I try to be courteous to customers but less so when they are not courteous to
me.
The tone of your email borders on the discourteous.
I did not accuse you of being colorblind nor is the gentleman that packed your
order.
Whether the color of the fabric is purple or burgundy, it is what we have to
ship to you.
If you do not like it send it back and upon receipt I will refund your money
including the cost of shipping it back. However, if I judge it to be an
acceptable burgundy I will deduct the cost of shipping in both directions from
the refund.

I have cancelled the credit card transaction. You should not be in business you
give all internet companies a bad name with your lack of customer service. You
are extremely rude, and discourteous – and unwilling to work with customers.
You did not even look at the photo.. and when you do then I am sure you will be
re-evaluating your approach – it is obvious you sent purple. Hope this is a
lesson you have learned. I will be filing a Revdex.com complaint as
well about your company.
Best Regards,
Consumer
Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This is not resolved. I never received any return mailing receipt to send back material. It is still sitting here I told him he can come and get it. I have no way to get it to a fedex office and it is too big and heavy to haul.
I have never spoken with someone so rude and unwilling to help. AS you can see form the photo material next to previously purchased burgundy material… it is obviously PURPLE.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
Business
Response:
I just received a letter dated December ** stating this my customer has additional concerns. She states: "I never received any return mailing receipt to send material back. ... I have no way to get it to the Fedex office..."
In response to this please see the attached email of November 1 and the Fedex label (both previously submitted to the Revdex.com). In the email I state:
"Please affix the attached label to the sealed box you are returning and call FedEx at [redacted] for pickup."
Please let me know if you need anything else regarding this.
Thanks and regards,
