Review: I ordered one bottle of Flawless Raspberry Ketone for 4.95 Then two weeks later the company charged my bank card 87.63 and we went to my bank thay chacked and said that I didnt cancel within merchants time frame as set forth in the terms. Review: On July 29th a coworker and I were online when an ad for Flawless Raspberry Ketone popped up that for just shipping, $4.95, we would be sent a 30 day supply to try. NO WHERE did it say that this was a 14 day trial offer and that if we didn't return the product within that time they would then charge my account $87.00 and NO WHERE was there any agreement to terms and conditions. I checked my checking account balance today and discovered that I had been charged $87.63. Shocked I quickly called the customer service number. The agent I spoke to insisted that I agreed to the terms and conditions online when I ordered and that I received them with my order. Again NO WHERE online did I have to agree to any terms and conditions (believe me I never would have agreed to a 14 day trial offer) and NO WHERE did I see terms and agreements with the shipment. She then informed me that they could only refund $44.00 because I had agreed to the terms and conditions when I placed the order, which again never happened.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of $87.63 refunded plus the $4.95 shipping because I still have to pay to have the product sent back.

Mrs. [redacted] placed her order on 7/25/13, this is when she payed the initial $4.95 and this began her 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during her allotted trial period, Mrs. [redacted] was automatically billed for her 30 day supply on 8/9/13 as explained to her in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. Mrs. [redacted] contacted our company on 8/9/13 with a request for cancellation. Her account was canceled as instructed and she was sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded $44.00 on that same day as a courtesy. We have also refunded Mrs. [redacted]'s account in the amount of $43.82 for the remainder of the product charge and $4.95 for shipping and handling as we value customer satisfaction. Mrs. [redacted] placed her trial order on 03/18 for the $4.95 and thus started her trial period. There was no notice within the trial to cancel, and the charge of $87.63 was applied on 04/02 for the original bottle. As per the terms and conditions, the order would have recurred with a monthly membership, but the consumer contacted us by e-mail on 04/03 to cancel the account. Her account was cancelled immediately from all further billing and shipping and she was sent an e-mail confirmation to verify this. The customer requested a return, we explained the trial period is the return policy period as per the terms and conditions she verified twice before placing the order. There was no refund issued as there was no further communication. As we are invested in full customer service due to this notice, we have issued a full refund of $87.63 back to the customer's account. It will take three to seven business days to credit back. Although Mrs. [redacted] applied for our trial period and received our product, we have made an exception and cancelled all of the terms and conditions she initially agreed to.

This company ripped me off for $87.63. I ordered the 14 day free trial and got charged $4.95 and 3 weeks later got charged $87.63 for no apparent reason!!
