I placed an order with this company with high hopesBeing a black female, I'm always supportive of my sisters and their business as I want us all to succeedFirstly , customer service is terribleThey inform you on their Instagram page to contact customer service via email at a certain time Tuesday-FridayThat's fineI emailed TWICE to recieve no replyI then DM'd the company to inform them that I did email just to recieve a response saying "not to contact unless my order is past due"I'm sorry ? All I wanted was my tracking numberI knew my product wasn't going to arrive just yetWhoever responded to me was very rudeThis company needs to get it together and I will never order from here againMe personally thoughThis was my experience I can't speak for anyone else
