Well I know this was closed; however, the company never paid me/reimbursed me for this complaint. They promised to do so, I waited since Feb 20, 2016 so it has been over 2 months.  Do I have to file another complaint?

I have received payment in full from Flawless and am satisfied, but I have not heard about my complaint against Nova derm eye cream, paid to ATVskinrenuantiaging  in the amount of $89.94.  (Please see original complaint.)
Is that being processed as a separate complaint?  I look forward to hearing from you.
