In short Ms. [redacted] wanted us to repack some sugar from South America for her.She provided us with samples and we gave her a quote to repack the product.We believe that she had some difficulty in importing the product. After a long delay we were advise that the product is at Fedex terminal.After 3...

trips to Fedex they advised that the product has not cleared Customs. After we conveyed that to Ms. [redacted] she arrange for the Custom Clearance and had it delivered to Flavorcraft.The packaging was in bad shape and 2  of the boxes were extremely hard. We conveyed that to Ms [redacted] and agreed to salvage as much as possible.The product that we received to repack was not the same as the sample we quoted on.After an a verbal altercation with [redacted] of our office we decided not to continiue with the project.I would love to discuss this in more detail and I will give Ms. [redacted] a call on Monday.Regards[redacted]CEOFlavorcaft Industries.
