To whom this may concern:I repaired a vintage stitchery floor lamp for Ms*** I really didn't want to take the job because the floor lamp was old and I knew the parts was going to be a task. I Should have went with my first mind. but she was very nice, so I took the jobShe
told me she really loved the lamp! The switch lasted for about monthsshe did call but at the time I was going thru some personal matters and I didn't handle this matter well. That doesn't mean I am undependable, I been in business for over years with no complaints and the majority of my business are referralsThis is totally my fault and for that I am sorry! I will apologize for my lack of dependability in this matterThis is a big lesson learned!Also I will refund her $of her payment Plus $total of $I could mail it or drop it off, what ever she wants.Thanks,*** ***
