plugWe do not do any other repairs than what they requestWe replaced exactly what she requestedWhen a customer comes in to pick up unit we always run the unit in front of them and we did that for her as wellI am faxing a copy of the work order for the work we did on her unitWhen she called to inform us about it not staffingWe informed her to bring it in for us to look at again and she never brought unit back in.We called her today and asked about her unitShe told us that she has been too busy to bring it back in
