First off, let me start by saying that this company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Attempted to place order for an item, to which I tried to submit a billing/shipping address as the same. Website wouldn't allow me. Submitted a previous address with a comment asking someone from customer service to contact me to change it. Got a response that they would hold the processing of my order until they received a bill from the shipping address that I had just bought 1 week prior to placing the order. Attempted to call, left a voicemail for a call back. Sunday and Monday go by and still no call/email back. Called someone and got a customer service rep stating that she would change it and my order would be processed. Get an email Tuesday morning at 145 in the AM stating that I have to contact the bank and they're cancelling my order. Called Wednesday and asked to speak to a manager. Women said a manager would contact me within the day. Obviously, got no such call. Attempted to call customer service Wednesday extremely frustrated and was hung up on TWICE. I sent a long email to whoever was processing my order (because I couldn't speak to him via telephone). I eventually cancelled the order and got EMAIL verification from them stating it was cancelled and that the transaction was voided. Placed the order again at the request of my wife because we needed it prior to a certain date. Spoke with someone Friday stating that my order was being processed and that it would take a couple of days. After getting home this morning from business, I find out through a string of emails from this company that they shipped the first order and that I received it and signed for it Saturday. NEVER WAS HOME SATURDAY and NEVER SIGNED A THING. Received a statement from flatfair that someone falsely signed my signature (not even close to accurate and was no one from my family). Now that I want to cancel the second order this company wants to charge me for the shipping and 25% of the total order. Very unhelpful and poor customer service. The guy that evening up on me was the person that took my call on Friday which I recorded on Wednesday.
