Flat World Relocations

I had an horrible experience with Flat world relocation. They initially quoted $2200.00 for my relocation from CA to WI for 300 cubic ft over the phone. Later there was only 200 cu ft items. Based on that Monica from Flat World promised to re-estimate and lower the quote. But when they submitted the final bill the $2505.00 which was more than initial quote.
Also the carrier they appointed for relocation rolled my spring mattress and damaged my box spring. I reported this to Monica on arrival and she said she will file a claim for that. Later when I enquired about the claim, she acted in such a way that I haven't reported the incident to her. After numerous follow ups also they didn't respond to my nails or calls.
Don't do business with these people even by mistake.
