Flat Iron Paving

I was outside when Jerry Jr stopped by and said he had some pavement from a canceled job. he said it would be at a discounted price. We excepted his offer on a Friday. He came back on Monday to finish the driveway. We let the pavement cure for 5 days and then drove on it. When you turn the wheels on vehicles the pavement crumbles. My mule was tied to a post on the pavement and now we have 1/2 inch deep hoof prints in the pavement. His fix to the problem was to seal coat the pavement. That would not fix the problem. So we are now dealing with the State license board. They have not responded to my request for a resolution. Next is small claims court I guess . Don`t be fooled by their claim to be good Christians.
