I acquired a quote for some work and had intended to hire them In their quote they stated that they were not responsible for damage from their vehicles to my drive way because of oil leaks which made no sense at all When I told them they would be responsible for all of their trucks and the potential extensive damage they could do with all of those oil leaks on my nice drive way the guy backed out It is amazing that a company that sells concrete and other flooring types takes no responsibility for his own trucks and the damage they would do to the same product that they actually sell by sitting on my beautiful drive way for weeks While they were doing work for me, they intended to take zero responsibility for the damage that they would obviously do to my drive way

Ray and his crew were exceptional. They were great craftsman and they helped us through every step of the process; even when his supplier delivered the wrong color concrete, Ray never failed to advocate for us and to make sure that we were satisfied, regardless of whatever steps might be necessary to make things right. He is honest and fair and tireless in his pursuit of customer satisfaction. It would not be a mistake to select Flat & Fancy as your first choice of concrete companies.
