Have ordered in the past and received my items after long waits A recent order was not received and two emails to Flash Steals were not answered Fortunately my credit card company refunded my payment I will not order from them again

This is a scam company, do not buy from them. I ordered an item last Dec17. The item never left China according to tracking it was returned back to the scammers 20 Dec17. This company is full of false advertising. I've have sent many emails trying to get my money refunded but someone named Jane at their worthless customer services ignores them. She even emailed me one time, telling me to drop my complaint and she would refund my money. If you buy from these scammers beware!

Fantastic customer service! I had the wrong item sent to me but no issue was made of it when I reported it. I was given assistance and support and the replacement was sent to me same day and free of charge. Going above and beyond for the customer, brilliant.

Just received my new bed sheets today, love them

Ordered a dog bed several weeks ago, paid via credit card, and order never arrived. The tracking number only said it left China on the 10th. Word of mouth advertising is either your best friend or your worst enemy. Never again am I going to do business with this company.

Myself and my co-worker order uggs boots never receive uggs and they sent me some garbage from China went to company in Edison nj chia man claim they didn't come from there company I'm going to bring news help me Howard there

I ordered in early December,flash steal received my money from my credit card yet after 2 1/2 months they said sent to wrong address. But it asked billing address is same as mailing address yes. Why have I not received my order and they want me to track down some thing after2 months. No just refund my money. They won't do it. I am going to Revdex.com or a lawyer, I am tired of ordering online only not to receive my order nor receive my refund!

I order a puff jacket and a black pair of UGG boots Dec 28,2018, I received thejackewhichwas not like the photo advertisement and it took a month to get ittheboots arrived today in a size 40 when I order a size 7 1/2 and the word UGG was replaced with FONIRRA in white and red letters the bottom of the boots are some slippery red and black bottoms. I screenshot the order I made as well as the date ordered. I’m demanding my money back and have decided to write to Revdex.com. This company have stores in N.Y and N.J, I was raised in Jersey shore and have seen fake products a lot from the Chinese people I suggest everyone else take the time and do the same
