Flash Boudoir Photography

Review: I had a session scheduled for late January 2015. I cancelled this appointment in December 2014. Of which I made several phone calls leaving voicemails, emails and facebook messages. Calls were not returned and emails went unanswered for weeks to months. Nowhere in their website does it state no refunds on deposits. I paid $150.00 and asked in every email for Krystyn to contact me in regards to refunding my deposit. After 8 months (it is now July 2015) and sending an email to flash boudoir yet again in which I had to mention myself contacting an attorney, did I get a response from the owner Krystyn. She was rude and informed me that I am not permitted to threaten her with an attorney. Something needs done to shut this horrible business down. They refuse to refund money paid even though website does not state no refunds, they do not return calls emails or other messages. Horrible horrible business.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit paid in full to myself in the amount of 150.00
