I feel that FLASH should refund for full total price of car or half on the transmission bill. Transmissions do not break down on a 21 mile ride home. Any mechanic would agree. The truth of this matter is Flash is selling cars that have major problems and their vehicles will break down.
This practice should not be allowed!
