It has been years since I called Flame Heating to service my machine.Luckily
at that time I decided to get a second opinion as the technician said that my furnace was cracked and had to be replaced
They offered to sell and install their own furnaceSo my trusted technician is here todayshowed me photos of my perfect old furnace
Thankfully I did not fall for the ***...saved myself money and botherBottom line don't call for service from companies whos interest is to sell and replace your furnace

Very unprofessional
And horrible very rude customer service
I'm never going to use these guys and don't recommend anyone else in the lower mainland of BC to use them either there are better companies out there you can go with

I called in to get them to do an estimate for my two houses to change a boiler and an old furnace
And water heater


The estimator who was the manager of flame heating Bryan came to the site to give me an estimate which he didn't all he did was look at it and told me he would email me a quote on prices and he left without even a business card to give me or a number saying "that's the way I do things"I waited a week nothing
Than I called the lady receptionist said she would leave a message for him to call me back waited

another week nothing
I decided to give them another chance based on friends recommendation called again
The estimator Bryan who is the manager told me
to "call someone else I'm not interested in doing the work for you"
So they made me wait 2 weeks just to tell me that
If I had never called they would have completely ignore. Me
I waited 2 weeks just to get that response
Angry insulted and humiliated
I don't care how good they think their installations are the company you go with should have good customer service and they definitely don't have that
