of above complaint was indeed not the patient we were trying to collect from
Our practice is to document the errors made & stop further communication with the incorrect person(s) receiving our mail Unfortunately this was not done & a collection notice was mailed outMr*** who initiated complaint ID# * *** feels that we are trying to collect from himThis is not the case & further communication from our office to Mr*** will be immediately stopped

Our practice is to document the errors made & stop further communication  with the incorrect person(s) receiving our mail.  Unfortunately this was not done & a collection notice was  mailed  out. Mr. [redacted] who initiated complaint ID# [redacted] feels that we are trying to collect from him. This is not the case & further communication from our office to Mr. [redacted]  will be immediately stopped.
