I do not see any specific resolutions as to them correcting the issues I am not going to play their he said, she said game as to what was said with the Warranty company but they are aware of what conditions the vehicles are when they sell them and to tell the customers not to report anything to the warranty company until after a month is crazy I know for a fact that I am not the only one who is having these types of issues with this dealership I have notified the others to file their complaints with Revdex.com and make a report to the Warranty company. I know they said they would cover the cost of the repairs on the oil leak, the check engine light and whatever problems might be causing it come on I did forward them with the three codes that showed up I want to know if they will cover the cost of repairing the initial complaint items* Check engine light (with codes) - P- Deteriorated Transmission Fluid - P- Cooling System Performance - P- Thermostat Rationality * The Oil leak, replacing the Gasket and oil change that'll go along with it* The Thermostat quit on me when I was there on Monday, 01/02/17, and they were going to change it but couldn't because of where it was located so they just sent me home with the part, so LABOR ON REPLACING THE THERMOSTAT * LABOR for putting on the Shocks.Ye, I did cancel my first appointment on 12/26/16, we did not have signal until later that day and we did let them know so we rescheduled to 01/02/17, in which we did show, but none of my initial concerns were addressed or corrected other than them replacing a serpentine belt (which I did request) and supposedly they did a Power Steering flush (not my initial concern) The Main issue, safety concern, CHECK ENGINE light was not addressed along with the RED LIGHTENING BOLT LIGHT.On Sunday, Jan 22, 2017, I did drive into Flagstaff to pay for my car and also to pick up the shocks but unfortunately they were closed Flagstaff is a hour drive from here and I do not go there much I will be going to town here in the next week so I will pick up the shocks.I am asking that Flagstaff Auto Exchange cover the repair costs of these issues here at my local car shop as they originally agreed to
