Review: I'am a resident at [redacted], and feel that I should share my experience with possible other people interested in renting from [redacted], My complaint is with the Rental Manager, I would of liked to know how rude and immature he was before I rented/moved into the Apartments. I have several Emails with how rude and snide he is, on just simple questions about fixing problems with our unit or rent questions. I also have spoke with several others that Rent/Own Apartments in the [redacted] that can back up my experience because they have had similar unpleasant times with the manager as well. The Manager clearly thinks he is invisible because his 2 sons and himself are on the staff committee that run and operate everything to do with the [redacted]. The Owner who rents out his units is great friends with the Manager so complaining about the Manager or trying to go through someone else to not deal with the Manager is impossible because he is in complete control and is only interested in how he wants things done and what works for his schedule.Desired Settlement: A new rental manager or disciplinary action with the current manager. He needs to learn he cant treat people or talk to people especially residents the way he does just because he doesn't want to do his job.

[redacted] claims I am rude because I do not agree with her, I can do nothing about that other than to ignore her constant demands...which I don't do because I am a responsible manager! BUT, unfortunately, she either does not understand my simple explanations or she just does not agree with our policies, and then reacts by calling me rude. This has been this particular tenants method of response to every conversation that results in [redacted] not getting what she wants, when she wants!
I will respond by saying I am not rude to [redacted], I simply listen to her statements and attempt to help. I just don't agree with what she is requesting at that particular time. I have even had my office manager try to explain issues/requests to [redacted] and was told that [redacted] thought she was also rude to her.
As far as the rest of her comments about our company, I will only say she is entitled to her opinions....but she is misguided and wrong. Our company is based on honesty, integrity and heart; and by heart I mean how treat people. Such as sitting with a tenant that just lost his wife 2 hours ago or sitting on the curb with a tenant and her 3 year old daughter while directing the emergency services to the scene....and simply by being there for our tenants and owners! The property owners retain us because we pay attention (listen) and respond accordingly; the vast majority of our tenants appreciate what we do and how we operate.
I can not please everyone, NONE of us can! But we will continue to try!
