Flacos Custom Food Trucks

I recently purchased a food truck from Flacos Custom Food Trucks. It took almost a year to build.It has been almost 3 months since I've had it and there has been many issues wrong with the brand new, installed kitchen, within the first 2 months (sink repair, falling sink doors, lifted walls, leaks, vent switch falling off, to name a few). Recently, I found more leaks falling into power box/cables. My 1 year warranty does not cover electric damages, caused by water. This was when it was raining for about a week that I caught a few new leaks. If the power box gets damaged, it is not my fault because of their unprofessional work. There are Sparks that start if you try cleaning near the fryer vent switch, which almost caused my helper to have his hand burned off. This incident happened right before covid-19 arose. I had an appointment the day they decided to temporarily shut down the business. I tried reaching out to the owner through email and my husband had tried calling but no response. I have only received one email response from the owner after several attempts trying to reach him. I passed by the warehouse yesterday and today in the morning to see if they were open and they obviously are if they have their employees parked in front of the building and warehouse doors open. He has been ignoring me for many weeks now. Terrible customer service on his end. If I can't have a solution soon, I'm thinking of returning the food truck because I cannot run a business putting myself and others in danger.
